Question: How many uneducated people think that Harold Camping represents Christianity as a whole?
Seems like there are a lot of dumb people who are questioning Christians as if Camping has any legit representation of the Christian community. Why is this so?

Question: is it a good thing that my whole body is so sore after my first PT with my recruiter?
im going into the navy and im working with my recruiter to get in shape. i want to lose 20 before i leave for boot camp. i weigh 175 and im 5’9. most people dont believe i weigh that much and guess 150 until im the scale, guess cuz im tall.
yesterday i must have had the most intense work out i think i have ever had in my life. i did push ups and crazy “mountain climbing” workouts, 8 part workouts but all 8 parts is considered as 1 rep. i did ok for that part even though i could have done a lot better. but when it came to jogging for 1.5 miles i was dragging butt. during and afterward my whole body felt heavy and slow and stiff. i want to push myself but they had to keep stopping for me to catch up. but then they all said next week i would do better. will i really? and today i woke up so stiff and sore, it hurts to stretch. this is good right? means my muscles are adapting? i mean we worked for 2 hours, exercises and running. i really want to do good. so some1 help me and tell me if i can make it by january or febuary? cuz thats when i want to leave….
o yea and im a female btw
ithought i should stay away from carbs when working out? i thought i should take calories not carbs

yeah, that means your muscles are rebuilding, but when they come back they’ll be bigger. It’s the sign of a good workout.
